- I'm a health-conscious vegan married to one awesome dude and mom of 4 cool kids who rock! I'm passionate about green living, protecting the environment, animal rights, and eating tasty, organic foods. I recently started a company called "The Vegan Kitchen" which offers delicious vegan dips and platters. Of course, there are no animal products found here; only fresh, organic ingredients made with love. My mission is to share the pleasures of eating wholesome, plant-based foods that are full of flavor, vitality and nutrients...that are beneficial to us, our children, and our earth....and yes, protein is derived from meatless sources!
